Mark Allan returns to familiar role in Stage West's Forever Plaid yyc yycarts
Forever Plaid, which opens in preview on July 1, is a musical revue that celebrates such harmonious “guy groups” of the 1950s as The Four Aces, The Four Lads, The Four Preps and The Four Freshmen.
Allan says he has lost count of how many times he has starred in Forever Plaid but estimates it’s at least 10 and in all but one of those shows he’s played Jinx, the character he will be playing at Stage West until Sept. 4.Article content “When I was a kid, I was terribly shy.
