Historically there are a number of incidents on construction sites in the month of December but the company is hoping to raise awareness and get a commitment from workers to keep themselves and others safe.
Conducting a daily tailgate meeting with yourself every morning to get yourself focused on your tasks and your surroundings. Being a good listener if someone does want to share with you even if you can’t help, be aware of their burdens.
