Attempts were being made to resuscitate a man in that group and firefighters were able to take over, after which an ambulance arrived and further life-saving efforts were made.According to the Vancouver Trails website, Rice Lake is easy to access and is a quiet and calm lake which sits within the boundaries of Metro Vancouver.
