Toronto police have arrested a man after an ongoing investigation involving multiple assaults on the TTC.
Police say on May 15, a man exited a subway car at the Coxwell Station and proceeded to spit on two passengers, unprovoked, as they were boarding the train. The next day, a man was walking away from the Main Street Station and allegedly spat on another passenger in the same situation, unprovoked, while the victim was boarding the train.He is charged with six counts of assault, 26 counts of breach of probation, two counts of uttering threats, and unlawfully at large.Anyone with any information is asked to contact police at 416-808-5500 or Crime Stoppers anonymously at 416-222-8477 .
