ContributedCHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — Popular P.E.I. music group Lovely Nelly will perform during the Sept. 16 ceilidh at the Katherine Hughes Memorial Hall in the Irish Cultural Centre in Charlottetown.
Douglas, who hails from Rustico, is a local teacher who entertains with both the uilleann pipes and the tin whistle. In 2015, she saw one of her Celtic pieces performed by the orchestra of the music conservatory of Aix-Les-Bains, France.
