Love Island's Gemma Owen defended by Michael Owen following online criticism
Reflecting on his own experience of online abuse, Michael added:"I know she's been used to that sort of thing with me – I've had it all my life. To look at my social media feeds you'd think 70% of the world hates me, but it's different when it's your daughter."
Responding to comments about Gemma's age, Owen insisted that his daughter is"a mature 19". He continued:"She's a bit like me in that regard.
