Michael Owen has slammed Love Island viewers who have called his daughter Gemma "rude and too young".

In the same interview, he also expressed his frustration at seeing his daughter sharing a bed and kissing on the show, saying: "It’s not something any father wants to watch, is it?" "If there is physical contact I think I’ll be throwing something at the screen. I don’t want to see kissing. Do not make me see kissing!" he added.
