This means that the two-parent families may need extra help to ensure their children do well in school.
Some will say that domestic violence and poverty will sabotage these laudable goals, but I submit that perhaps if fathers are given the opportunity to help their children succeed in school, they will sacrifice for the sake of their children. It will take at least one generation, but it will be worthwhile.Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley’s proposal for mental testing of politicians over 75 is beyond ridiculous. It is simply continuing the false narrative of the extreme right that President Joe Biden is somehow mentally unfit due to his age.
Haley should be ashamed of herself for her ageist ploy for votes. People in their 80s and 90s, have done great things. The greatest chancellor of Germany was Konrad Adenauer, who stabilized his nation while in his 80s and 90s after World War II.
