Prosecutors say Larry Rapp admitted he was drunk and high when he crashed his SUV in December.
A Lancaster County man pleaded guilty to homicide by vehicle while DUI and related offenses in the death of his son, according to the district attorney's office.Larry Rapp, 64, of Marietta, admitted he was drunk and high when he crashed his SUV and killed 41-year-old Chad Rapp.
Larry Rapp was sentenced to five to 10 years in prison.The crash happened in December on Prospect Road in West Hempfield Township.The district attorney said Rapp's blood alcohol content was 0.22%, nearly three times the legal limit.Cocaine and THC were also found in his blood, according to prosecutors.
