A juvenile suspect was arrested and charged with murder after a 79-year-old man was found shot to death early Friday morning in Montgomery County, authorities said.
Deputies responded around 2:30 a.m. Friday to a home in the 6000 block of West Hickory Grove Road in Letohatchee, where they found 79-year-old Reuben Squire shot to death, according to Montgomery County Sheriff Assistant Chief Deputy Wesley Richerson. The investigation led sheriff’s office investigators along with patrol, SWAT and Montgomery police personnel to an area on Monticello Drive, where they found the juvenile suspect, Richerson said.
