Apple unveils the first footage from Ridley Scott's Napoleon movie starring Joaquin Phoenix as the French military leader during WWDC 2023.
The first footage of Joaquin Phoenix in Ridley Scott's Napoleon movie has arrived. Reuniting the director and actor after Gladiator from 2000, the upcoming historical epic stars Phoenix as Napoleon Bonaparte alongside Oscar nominee Vanessa Kirby as Empress Joséphine, House of the Dragon's Matthew Needham, and more. Scott's Napoleon film is set for a theatrical release from Sony on November 22 before it heads to Apple TV+ at a later date.
