According to multiple reports, the Jets will receive safety Bradley McDougald from the Seahawks along with three draft picks: first- and third-round picks in 2021 and a first-round pick in 2022.Adams tweeted his goodbye to the team later Saturday, writing:, “To NY & especially the Jets fans: I love you & will always love you. You all will hold a special place in my heart forever. When I came into the league, you embraced me & watched me grow! We went through it all together.
“I don’t feel like he’s the right leader for this organization to reach the Promised Land,” Adams told the New York Daily News of Gase. “As a leader, what really bothers me is that he doesn’t have a relationship with everybody in the building. Adams, 24, told a fan last month he’d love to be traded to the Dallas Cowboys. Adams is from Texas and spends his offseason near Dallas.
