Jasmine Hartin was snapped by a British tabloid having a topless swim as the family of the man she\u0027s accused of shooting is demanding justice.

“She will answer to God,” Cherie Jemmott told the tabloid. “The only thing I can do is to pray for justice. We have a strong belief in God and we believe that whatever someone does, she will answer to God.

Hartin admitted that she shot the 42-year-old top cop in the head but has maintained it was a tragic accident. Making matters worse for Hartin is the fact she’s up against the former British colony’s wealthiest — and most powerful — family.
