Among the conditions of her probation, Heffernan is to refrain from alcohol and drugs not prescribed to her and is not to possess any weapons.In addition, Heffernan was ordered to submit a DNA sample to the national registry and she is banned from possessing weapons for the remainder of her life.One of three people charged in connection with an aggravated assault and robbery has been released on conditions.
Among the conditions of her release, Lomond is to reside in North Sydney and have no contact with her co-accused. She is also to refrain from alcohol and drugs not prescribed to her and is to report once a week to police by phone. She is also to abide by a curfew.A second accused, Jerry Walter Jessome, 40, is charged with three counts of breaching court orders and single counts of assault with a weapon and robbery. He is also charged with 22 unrelated counts of breaching court orders.
At the time of his arrest, Cape Breton Regional Police reported seizing cocaine, packaging, scales and approximately $50,000 in cash after searching three homes.Reynolds does continue to face other trafficking offences and a Supreme Court trial is now scheduled for November 2024. Ryan Reynolds is now charged with seven counts of breaching court orders and single counts of possession of stolen property over $5,000, a 2011 Cadillac, and theft over $5,000.Ryan Reynolds continues to be on remand and is scheduled to return to court Oct. 4.William Kevan Capstick, 76, of Sydney Mines, is charged with possession of female lobsters with eggs attached and possession of undersized lobsters.He is now scheduled to enter pleas Oct. 4.
