The big dutch oven arrived in the prettiest green box that got me excited to open it up and get to work in my kitchen. It comes in seven colors with fun names like Marinara , Broccoli, Mustard, and Blueberry. The enameled cast-iron pot works for the stove and oven, so you can cook practically anything in it. The design is meant to retain heat well, so you can also place it on your table for serving once you're ready to eat.
I decided to roast a chicken, and it was the easiest process ever. I filled the pot with a whole chicken, lemon, rosemary, spices, and white wine — the deep design allows everything to cook without spewing out everywhere. Once it was ready to go, it honestly looked like the prettiest thing I ever cooked while sitting inside the Dutchess. It was easy to lift, even with my hands in oven mitts. My friends served themselves straight from the pot.impressed me is how easy it is to clean.
