So, whatever happens, at the end of this process, every Democrat budget priority will end up being funded in some omnibus monstrosity just before the holidays. It couldn’t be otherwise when both parties have shown that this is the path they want. Not sure why republicans are so determined to promote the democrat agenda, could be Ukraine, but whatever, this is what’s going to happen.
