Quanell X has not responded to court orders to appear at depositions in order to provide financial information for collection purposes, according to court documents. The financial information sought by the court includes tax returns, bank statements and utility bills that can provide a clear picture of Quanell's sources of cash. Once those resources can be identified, the court can force payment on those judgments against him.
