Murray Associates claims the firm Lycoming College selected for the Basin Street Development Project is using its drawings without authorization.

A Harrisburg architectural design firm has accused a Williamsport developer of pirating its plans for a $20 million mixed-use project that involves Lycoming College.

Related to that, Pine Ridge sought requests for architectural services that included conceptual design, bidding documents and construction administration. Although their relationship was not reduced to writing, Murray points out its invoices were paid and PRMC Holdings last Oct. 4 presented it with an owner-architect agreement.

In return for that and fair payment for services, PRMC wanted Murray to turn over computer-aid design drawings, models and digital versions of all renderings.
