FREDERICTON, N.B. — Habitat for Humanity is teaming up with the New Brunswick government to build more affordable homes in the province through a new provincial funding program.The program is part of the N.B. Housing Strategy: Housing for All strategy. Government officials said more similar homes are planned to be built throughout the province in future.
Perry Kendall, Habitat for Humanity New Brunswick CEO, said the company makes affordable homeownership accessible by removing barriers that make owning a home impossible for many lower-income working families.
