Julian was scheduled to stand trial in provincial court on all counts but opted to enter a guilty plea on the assault with a weapon offence.Bail hearing scheduledDean Stanley Marshall, 51, is charged with four counts of uttering threats and single counts of assault with a weapon, assault by choking, assaulting a police officer, assault and resisting arrest.It has been our privilege to have the trust and support of our East Coast communities for the last 200 years.
