Council taps Toronto law firm as city’s new integrity commish Greater Sudbury has a new integrity commissioner after city council voted during the June 13 meeting to hire Boghosian + Allen LLP to replace Robert Swayze. Swayze was appointed to a five-year term in 2018. His appointment expires July 22. He didn’t seek to be reappointed.
are reporting that around 2:50 a.m. on June 14, officers were dispatched to a serious assault in the area of Falconbridge Road at Racicot Drive. Information provided was that two individuals had been stabbed and required immediate medical attention. Upon arrival, officers report finding two youths who had sustained serious, life-threatening injuries. Both were transported to Health Sciences North by Greater Sudbury Paramedic Services.
