At about 1 p.m., San Francisco Fire Department personnel responded to 50 California St. near the Embarcadero after they received reports that a window broke on the 21st floor. No one was injured, and the area has been cleared, the department wrote on Twitter. Representatives suspect that the window shattered due to the powerful winds, some of which reached 60 mph, according to meteorologist Drew Tuma.
