Gemma Collins gasps 'I'm going to die' after pushing herself to limit on walk with Rami
The former The Only Way Is Essex star, who has lost over three stone over the last year, is back on track after indulging during the festive season.
In a clip shared on her Instagram page on Sunday evening, the reality star wore leopard print as she was supported by her fiancé Rami Hawash while making her way up the stairs. Her other half Rami, who was filming her, could be heard in the background championing her efforts and then congratulating her as she reached the top.Later in the day, Gemma reflected on her achievement, writing: "After 2 hours walking and loving life, I didn't realize the only way back up was 172 steps!!!!
Gemma has been open about her fitness journey with fans since she began, regularly documenting the highs and lows throughout.Earlier this month, she revealed she had embarked on a new meal plan with Muscle Foods.
