Gemma Collins has given a glimpse inside her romantic birthday weekend with boyfriend Rami Hawash at a five-star country hotel.
The blonde beauty looked chic in oversized sunglasses and a leopard print top and leggings as Rami filmed his girlfriend walking up the steps. "Having PCOS and UNDER ACTIVE THYROID I’m always up against it !!!! people don’t realise or sympathise everyday is a struggle with these two conditions but I keep going and I’m very proud of myself cause it’s really exhausting and a constant battle."
