Masstown farmer launches pumpkins over a kilometre for charity | SaltWireCHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — The price of gasoline increased by 2.0 cents per litre in the latest adjustment of petroleum prices in Prince Edward Island.
Including taxes, pump prices for regular unleaded gasoline at self-serve outlets now range from 164.3 to 165.5 cpl. There was no change to the prices of diesel or furnace oil. Prices for diesel now range from 214.4 to 215.5 cpl. The maximum price for furnace oil is 166.8 cpl.Propane prices decreased by 0.5 cpl for Superior Propane and by 1.0 cpl for Island Petroleum. The price increased by 0.1 cpl for Irving Energy Distribution and Marketing, by 0.8 cpl for Kenmac Energy Inc. and by 0.8 cpl for Noonan Petroleum. Propane prices now range from 81.8 to 82.7 cpl.
All prices were approved by the Prince Edward Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission, effective 12:01 a.m., Oct. 20. For current petroleum prices visit irac.pe.ca. The commission’s next scheduled pricing adjustment is Oct. 27.
