That means Forsberg will make back-to-back starts Friday against the Toronto Maple Leafs on the road and Saturday at home against the Habs. The Senators have no plans to play Mandolese, who has split his time between the Belleville Senators and the club’s ECHL affiliate Allen Americans. If the Senators did need another option for Ottawa, there aren’t many available unless a goalie unexpectedly become available on waivers.
