Durham police say they were called to a townhouse fire near Eddystone Path and Okanagan Path which is in the Harmony Road and Olive Avenue area, around 5:10 a.m. October 6.
On Sunday, the Criminal Investigations Branch concluded their investigation and arrested four young girls. A 15-year-old female from Oshawa is charged with arson – disregard for human life, mischief under $5000, and intimidation by threats of violence.
