Your next Oshawa Power bill might be easier to read. Oshawa Power says customers receiving bills will see a new look starting October 28. The utility comp
The utility company says it’s in an effort to simplify the customer experience and improve transparency around electricity usage and the corresponding charges.
Bills will feature detailed usage graphs showing energy used in each Time-of-Use pricing period, Ultra-Low Overnight pricing period, or usage Tier depending on the customers chosen pricing plan, a clear indication of the current amount owing, a full breakdown of charges, and much more.
To help understand the changes and the new look, they have released an online tool to help out customers.
