Prince George roadtrip continues tonight in Penticton
Less than a week after he was traded from the Prince George Spruce Kings, Dylan Wegner seized his chance to show his former team his game-situation capabilities.
It was the first game in 10 days for the Kings and their rustiness showed. Nathan Taylor took a feed from Wegner and scored on the first shot Prince George goalie Ryan Sanborn faced, just 43 seconds in. The Cents scored two more before the period ended and welcomed replacement goalie Marcus Ouellet into the game in the second period with an early goal from Cullen Emery to make it a 4-0 count.Killian McGregor-Bennett, Luca Primerano and Owen Goodbrand scored for Prince George.
