Keith Gosse/The TelegramThe St. John’s International Airport was the scene of a fire that was reported just before 11:30 p.m. Friday night, right at the height of a snowstorm packing high winds and heavy snow.St. John’s Regional fire trucks had to be escorted onto the tarmac to join airport firefighters in battling the fire.
