A fire broke out at an INEOS phenol plant in Pasadena, Texas, injuring one person but has since been extinguished
There is no danger to the community from the fire, and officials have not issued a shelter in place, said Laura Mireles with the City of Pasadena.A truck backed into a loading dock at the plant and it caught fire, Mireles said. The truck's driver was then transported to the hospital.Thomson Reuters
