But the new named game won't be the only football video game on the market, with FIFA president Gianni Infantino confirming that they'll be creating their own football game.
"The FIFA name is the only global, original title. FIFA 23, FIFA 24, FIFA 25 and FIFA 26, and so on - the constant is the FIFA name and it will remain forever and remain THE BEST."The sports governing body are already said to be in conversation with studios and publishers over their new projects, in the post EA world.
There was also the addition of a note about a game for the Women's World Cup next summer, which is set to be held in Australia and New Zealand.
