William Knight, 31, of Toronto, was arrested last week. Police say he is facing 11 charges. Toronto police say a former Ontario Police College recruit has been arrested in connection with a sexual assault investigation, and they believe there are more victims.Police say Knight is facing 11 charges, including:Three counts of sexual assault.One count of making available child pornography.
Police say he allegedly met with his victims in person, took them to a bar and purchased alcoholic beverages for them, knowing they were not of legal drinking age.In a statement, Durham Regional Police Service says Knight was a Durham constable in training and was not yet a sworn officer. They say he has since resigned and is no longer employed by the police service.
