Durham police are providing an update on a troubling incident in Oshawa.
Police received two calls around 1:40 p.m. Friday after people spotted a woman trying to get out of a moving SUV and yelling for help . Officers say the woman appeared to be in distress and the driver was seen preventing her from getting out of the vehicle. Durham police confirmed Tuesday the woman was identified.
