Officers were called to the Bridle Road and Windfield Farms area around 1:40 p.m. Friday.
Two different witnesses told police they spotted a woman trying to get out of a moving SUV. They say she appeared to be in distress and was yelling for help. The male driver was spotted preventing the woman from leaving the SUV and sped off north on Bridle Road. The driver is described as white with dark hair and a dark beard.
