VIDEO SIGN OUT's future in Arizona seemed in doubt.The Miami Dolphins have acquired Rosen and a 2020 fifth-round draft pick in exchange for the 62nd overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft.
Robert Klemko of Sports Illustrated reported before the trade that Cardinals general manager Steve Keim didn't start taking calls on Rosen until minutes before the start of draft. As a result, no team came forward with the first-rounder Arizona was seeking. Rosen also unfollowed the Cardinals on Instagram recently.
Rosen’s departure from Arizona a far cry from just one year ago when the Cards traded up to select the UCLA pivot at No. 10 last spring. But Rosen struggled in his rookie season, compiling a 3-10 record when starting. His individual stats weren’t that much better, throwing 11 touchdowns with 14 interceptions with 2,278 yards passing.
