The Department of Foreign Affairs on Friday said it will cancel and dispose unclaimed passports scheduled for release in January 2021.

The Department of Foreign Affairs on Friday said it will cancel and dispose unclaimed passports scheduled for release in January 2021.

However, those who have yet to claim their passports which were scheduled for release in January 2021 or earlier are given until March 1, 2022 to claim them at the DFA Consular Office where the passports were processed. "Passports that were scheduled for release after January 2021 are not affected and may be claimed from the DFA Consular Office where they were processed," it added.
