City council decided to wait until Coun. Vezeau-Allen can be present for the vote
City council has decided to defer a decision on a proposed $18-million reconstruction of Queen Street until its next meeting on Aug. 28.
Vezeau-Allen attended an earlier part of the meeting through a Zoom connection but was wasn't online for the final Queen Street vote.
