SYDNEY, N.S. – Residents of Sydney are advised that soldiers will conduct day and night shooting at the Sydney Rifle Range this weekend. These exercises are conducted to ensure that personnel are familiar with proper weapons handling during day and night time operations. Night firing will be tonight and Saturday until approximately 12 a.m.
Weapons and live ammunition will be used. This may cause increased levels of noise in the area. No traffic disruptions are anticipated.
