Dozens of customers from several Vancouver Island communities are reporting their packages are missing, left on the side road or being delivered to the wrong address.
In the last few weeks, dozens of customers across the Island say the packages they ordered are not being delivered correctly.
When she received a notification that her package was delivered, she was sent a photo by the driver of a neighbour’s driveway down the road with no packages. Temu says it’s aware of the situation and expects its business partners to adhere to its code of conduct. “In certain regions, such as the Shawnigan Lake area, Straightship utilizes partner carriers to complete the last mile delivery process. These partners are always required to strictly follow Straightship’s Standard Operating Procedures when completing deliveries,” said vice president Kevin O’Byrne.
