This year’s edition of Cranium, a festival that showcases hip hop and R &B, runs from Sept. 29-Oct. 1, featuring events at the Rainbow Bistro and Bronson Centre. Reeny Smith, Badda and Dominique Gorley are confirmed for a licenced gig at the Rainbow on Sept. 29, while the Oct. 1 program has yet to be finalized.
