Jeffrey Ho was a long-term employee at Tyne ACFS port logistics as a surveyor but died at the site on Wednesday morning.

"Our sincere condolences go to the family, friends and work colleagues of our well-liked and respected employee. We are doing all we can to support his family and our workforce," a Tyne ACFS spokeswoman said.

"An investigation is being undertaken by the NSW Police on behalf of the coroner and the workplace regulator SafeWork NSW, and we will be assisting those authorities with the investigations."Co-worker Hung Pham said he worked with Mr Ho for a long time and was upset, while fellow co-worker Lou Wehipeihana said Mr Ho was a hard worker.

"He was an outstanding worker, never missed a day, even when he was really sick, he still turned up. Absolutely shattered. FLY HIGH MY FRIEND XX," Mr Wehipeihana posted on social media on Wednesday.at a pallet factory in St Marys.On August 28, Afghan man Assadullah Hussaini, 49, died from a fractured skull and brain haemorrhages after falling from a ladder at a worksite in Pendle Hill.
