STELLARTON, N.S. — Despite the cool weather and the rain, athletes from across the Northumberland region came to Stellarton to participate in the district track and field competition put on byin Stellarton. The Colchester-Guysborough competition took place in Pictou County because Colchester is without a field until the TAAC grounds are complete.
Montgomery Morris competed in the Long Jump event for Ecole Acadienne de Truro at the Pioneer Coal Athletics Field in Stellarton. Nick GainesSophie Bennett competed in the 100m event representing The Mustangs. Nick GainesThe supported athletes of Cobequid Educational Center were a force to be reckoned with this past Friday, May 10th for the Track & Field District competition held at the Pioneer Coal Athletics Field in Stellarton.
