CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. — Police in Charlottetown have charged three men and one woman after seizing cocaine and cash during a drug bust in Charlottetown on April 17.
Charlottetown Police Services conducted a targeted traffic stop on Grafton Street around 9:30 p.m. Wednesday night, arresting two men and one woman for drug offences.At the same time, a separate unit executed a search warrant at a home on Fitzroy Street and arrested a third man. In total, officers seized more than half a kilogram of cocaine, 274 oxycodone/percocet tablets, drug paraphernalia and $2,271 in cash.
Glenwilliam's Tracy Curran, Craigg Savidant and Timothy Chandler, both of Charlottetown, as well as Victoria Cross's Blake Wood, are facing a charge of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking.Curran and Savidant were released on conditions, while Chandler and Wood were remanded in custody.Bookmark our website and support our journalism:'That wait list should have been my death sentence': Recovering N.L.
