Steve Jacques had been with the City of Greater Sudbury since 2019
City Community Development general manager Steve Jacques is leaving the city to take a leadership role with the Region of Peel.Jacques’ last day with the city will be Aug. 9.
“On behalf of the corporation, I thank him for his collaboration and leadership. I wish him every success in his new role as Commissioner of Human Services with the Region of Peel.” When Jacques was hired in 2019, the Community Development general manager position included a portfolio of community-related services, including long-term care, transit, social, leisure, citizen and children services.
