Richard Mahoney was last seen early Thursday morning on Jessica Wong Lane in Baddeck. He is believed to be on foot, the RCMP said in a news release. Mahoney is described as five-foot-eight and 140 pounds. He is said to have grey hair and blue eyes, and a dark bruise on his right elbow. He may be wearing dark-coloured pants. RCMP say there is no further clothing description.The RCMP is asking anyone who may have information on Mahoney's whereabouts to contact Victoria County District RCMP at 902-295-2350.
