The Lynx will return three of the club’s top five offensive producers from the 2021-22 season including team leader Samantha Morrison of Dominion, who last month attended Hockey Canada’s under-18 development camp in Calgary.
“Kameryn is going to be a huge part of the team this year. She had a great year last year. She’s big, strong, can shoot the puck and skate, so we’ll be looking towards her and Sam to have a huge impact on the club this season.” Last season, the Lynx scored the third-fewest goals in the league, only ahead of the Edza East Moncton Subaru Rockets and Halifax Western Capitals .
“I feel like I’m steady back there and I feel like I’ve been doing a good job settling things down,” said O’Keefe. Now with experience in the league, Lynk is confident in the tandem's ability to help lead the program to contender-like status this season.
