Beckie, a dual Canadian-U.S. citizen whose parents are from Saskatchewan, came off the bench in the 67th minute in Man City. The 24-year-old has 25 goals in 54 appearances for Canada.Chelsea knocked Man City out of the competition at the semi-final stage in 2015, 2016 and 2018. Leon, a 26-year-old native of King City, Ont., who has 14 goals in 55 appearances for Canada, made it 2-1 for the Hammers in the shootout. Cho So-hyun scored the decisive spot kick to send West Ham to the final for the first time.
