BC's Top Employers released its 2025 list this week, which includes more than 16 companies that are either based in Burnaby or operate solely in the city.

"British Columbia has always been one of the most progressive regions in the country in terms of benefits, flexibility and forward-thinking environmental policies — and this year's winners are no exception," executive editor of Canada's Top 100 Employers project Richard Yerema said in a news release.

"The province is home to many fearless, progressive organizations that are not afraid to push the boundaries and stand out from the crowd in a way that attracts new employees from across B.C. and throughout Canada." Editors review employers on eight specific criteria, which have been the same since the project began. The editors detail the reasons for selection under each company announced, explaining specifically why they were recognized.
