The British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) has been recognized as one of Canada's best employers for the fifth year in a row by Forbes. They ranked 96th overall in the 2025 list, based on an anonymous survey of over 40,000 employees.
The British Columbia Institute of Technology has been named among the best employers in Canada during 2025, according to Forbes ' annual list. They cracked the top 100, coming in at 96th place overall from categories including: Participants are drawn from organizations that have more than 500 employees. Feedback is provided anonymously on multiple factors, including willingness to recommend their employer to friends and family and assessments of other employers within their industry.
“Earning this recognition for the fifth year in a row highlights the collective efforts of the BCIT community in bringing our vision to life — empowering people, shaping B.C., and inspiring global progress," vice-president of people, culture and inclusion Chris Hudson said in a news release. “This achievement is a celebration of our people, who are at the core of the Institute’s success in delivering transformative education.”
